Title: BACON PANCAKES....???
Post by: teesquare on December 10, 2011, 10:25:54 AM: Rick - (admin) sent me a picture from Facebook where someone made these...I looked for it on FB - but could not find any info. The thought...How hard could it be anyway?
And it turned out GREAT. This is a keeper for me!

The Mrs. cooked the bacon on a flat griddle, then poured the pancake batter over each strip. Treated this just like cooking pancakes. Nothing more.
