A typical Tuscan breakfast.  Fiber supplement not required.

Dinner time, first course tonight:  Bresaola and fennel fronds an pecorino on bed of lettuce.

1str dessert...candied and an died fresh plums…  Picked today...with semi frozen creme fraisch

(http://i1034.photobucket.com/albums/a429/acwiesemann/IMG_20150914_211303422_zpscz098ra4.jpg) (http://s1034.photobucket.com/user/acwiesemann/media/IMG_20150914_211303422_zpscz098ra4.jpg.html)

2nd dessert:  Fresh….just cut from the vineyard on the grounds- grapes. Sweeter than any I have ever tasted I kid you not!

(http://i1034.photobucket.com/albums/a429/acwiesemann/IMG_20150914_211210735_zpshchu11qs.jpg) (http://s1034.photobucket.com/user/acwiesemann/media/IMG_20150914_211210735_zpshchu11qs.jpg.html)

This was interesting. It is made with artichokes. But it actually tastes pretty good and is supposed to be food for your liver.

Bon appetite everyone!
