Title: Smash Burgers & O-Rings
Post by: RG on March 17, 2016, 05:49:39 PM: RG's Greatest Hits continue, lol. My Wife makes these all of the time for me, I am lucky that she LOVES to grill and cook outdoors as much as I do! I buy Chuck Roasts whenever I see them on sale and grind them up and add brisket fat to them to make juicy burgers. I make up 3oz balls of beef and she sizzle sears them by smashing them on a super hot grilling steel on her Keg (yes, she has her own Keg). She also makes up some fantastic onion rings when Vidalias are in season. Together, this makes a killer combo!
