Mine showed up yesterday, too.  Used it last night.  Didn't take time to take any picts.  Let's just say it worked great.  Wonder what I will marinade next?

I saw those units on the site the other day, looks like a nice unit!!

Wouldn't it be cool if they made one large enough to hold a brisket...........?? ::)

You can get it in brisket size. Not sure you want to spend the $,$$$ for it though.
