Made ham, salami, ricotta, & mozzarella calzones, and breadsticks for Sunday dinner.
My calzone making skills leave a lot to be desired. :P
But everything tasted good.

Calzone looks good to me and the bread sticks look great!!! Don
-
I'll take a few of each!
-
I would love to have one!
I figured a pizza oven might be too hot for a calzone but looks like you pulled it off...
-
Looks great! Have been strategizing on how I can convince the Mrs that we need a Blackstone Pizza Oven ;)

There is nothing wrong with them breadsticks..calzone either. They are rustic..and perfect. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Ain't a thing wrong with your skills. I'll take an order of both of them any day!!!!

Since I don't have one yet :) are there separate burners for top and bottom stones?

Just one burner. It is adjustable so you can control how much heat each stone gets. (to some extent)
With experience it gets easier to know how to adjust it to get the temps you want on both stones.
