Title: Chicken on the Weber with the SnS & DnG

This was a small 3 pound chicken which was just the right size for the 2 of us. I skipped the dry brine
this morning and instead just seasoned it with Meat Church BBQ The Gospel rub. This was one of the
juiciest and tender chickens that I have cooked. I normally don't like the white meat but this was an
exception as it was melt in your mouth good! The SnS did it's magic once again!

Just watched it again,,, I'm thinkin it might be my hinge that may be holding back the lid and not letting it sit properly. I noticed that it looks like you are not using one. I'll try it next time with it not engaged and we will see.....

That's a mighty big serving for someone that doesn't like white meat! Looks great.
