Title: Apple Mash Pellet Recipe
Post by: GrillGirl@cookinpellets on January 15, 2018, 07:45:38 PM
Apple Mash pellet recipe! These pellets are awesome!! You can get yours here: https://cookinpellets.com/pro…/40-lb-bag-apple-mash-pellets/
1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary - crush between your fingers
4 TBS Whole Grain or Dijon style Mustard
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Flatten pork cutlet (chops) with a mallet and then rub in the mustard and rosemary. Seal in zip-top bag for as few as 3 and as many as 24 hours.
The APPLE MASH pellets work great with this as I set grill at 275 and grill for roughly 20-25 minutes or about 160 internal temp.
I also take a small sauce pan , put in grill at same time and add a TB of butter, melt and throw in fresh green pea pods and broccoli or what ever works for you…salt and white pepper to taste and serve at same time!

Check out the recipe here too: https://cookinpellets.com/recipes/apple-pork-cutlet/
