Mixed some horseradish and mayo, slathered on text toast then put on brisket and covered with two slices of gruyere cheese. Then I put garlic butter on outside of bread and cooked on cuisinart. Turned out great for a quick sandwich.

Cuisinart® Griddler and panini press about $55 or so we use ours all the time.
