large jalapenos sliced in half
smoked monterey jack cheese
uncooked thin sliced bacon
1/4 lb. cooked ground meat with added spices to your liking
Your favorite rub for the bacon
Toothpicks
Going into the air fyer

Here is a little more info on my cook. I use a hot peperoni mix in my ground meat that I use for smoked beef sticks. It has plenty of heat so no need to add any other spices for me.

I have my smoke cheese grated and ready. Fill the half pepper with the browned ground meat.

Get your cheese on top.

I use a double bacon wrap, can never have enough bacon :P I lay one horizontal and fold over.

The second piece is wrapped around and sealed with a toothpick.

Since the ground beef was already cooked all I wanted to do was cook and crisp up the bacon so I did 5 minutes at a time at 400F. I think it went to around 17 minutes but your mileage may differ depending on the thickness of the bacon.
