Had issues with uploading pictures for some reason but finaly got it
This was a low carb dough I'm woring on. Not much rise in the crust but it was good.
Being the first time was having issues with keeping temp above 500 but I think I got it figured out, BUT there ia a mod on the way ;)

Looks good Tommy...I have the original Uuni and have not used it in a long time..geezzz..I did learn that I have a long handled pizza peel that is metal..it fits perfectly in the Uuni and you don't get all that hot from the oven on you..just sayin. I think I got it on ebay. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Not a fan but a box going around the opening in the rear to draw more air in.

Thanks guys and girls... I think I know why the temp was down and working on that so next cook should be better for sure. My dough recipes are really getting better as far as taste and I have a few recipes I'm working with so there will be many cooks coming up :D :D
One main issue is the doughs are sticky and kinda hard to make them like real flourr dough but I'm learning how to get around that so stay tuned......

After going over my notes and reviewing many videos did I have to much toppings on my pie? So much it kept the middle of the crust from cooking all the way?
Since this was the first try I'm not sure if I had to much or not??
