It says that you can use it on greens. So I tossed up a salad using this rather than are regular spices. It was really good. We always add parmesan cheese to give it a lift and then dressing. This time we did not add any dressing and had the salad as is. I know that that the cheese has fat and calories, but if you want to skip the dressing as well, add some Way Out West Trail Dust and you can skip the dressing.
Great product! We need to explore other uses.
Nice job Tim.

Sounds good Ed. I will have to try that. We have added it to olive oil and then tossed into pasta....very good.

Great ideas guys!.
I made W.O.W because there are a lot of us that need to reduce salt, fat, and carb intake. And - sometimes, you just want something different - but you still want taste.
W.O.W. is nothing more than a blend of pure garden herbs and veggies, a tiny amount of all natural sea salt, and a very small amount of red pepper flake. That's it!
But - dust it on a baked potato, or carrots, or turnips, or parsnips.....and it really adds a nice savory flair. And - if you mix it with oil and vinegar - it is a great salad dressing or marinade for a skirt steak, flank steak, chuck roast....a lot of possibilities.
Mix it into whipped Philly cream cheese - and it makes an interesting spread. Add it to mayo - and slather it on meat prior to grilling.

Sounds good.

A few nights ago we were running out of time and needed a side dish for dinner. Boiled up some egg noodles, al dente. Then made a dressing using olive oil, WOW Trail Dust, fresh minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and some freeze-dried basil. Blended all and mixed into the pasta. WOW! Tasted darn near like pesto sauce. Sorry no pics, but will post when I make again. A great quick side!

I will be making up another big batch of W.O.W. in the next few days. It was a product that I did not think would catch on. Most "rubs" are either salt or sugar heavy.
W.O.W. has ZERO sugar - and only a tiny amount of Sea Salt. The rest...? Just pure ground garden veggies and herbs. ( No Sparky...I don't think you could keep it lit... ;D)

Some things are just for fun and entertainment...and mostly to test you and see if you read the labels ;)

W.O.W. is great on veggies, taters and more. One of my favorites.
