This was our first time attending the Fall Gathering, but will not be the last. What an absolutely great time with such a great bunch of folks! Everyone who was there made us feel so welcome.
Here's a few more pics of the gathering. There are a few food pics from Sunday, but most are pics of the campground, facilities & lake. I also threw in some pics of a side trip we took to Tacoa Falls, GA.

Sunday morning. Tommy requested Biscuits & Gravy, so while Pam was frying the taters & mixing biscuit dough, I mixed up some homemade breakfast sausage. Then I put the biscuits on the Weber/Stoven to bake while Pam turned the sausage into some of the most luscious gravy ever made.

Sunday afternoon, Tammy wanted to take a two-hour drive over to Tacoa Falls, GA to see the falls & campus where she attended college.

I would like a bowl of gravy, a massive biscuit on the side and some of that excellent looking squash. my wife won't make gravy for me. something to do about cholesterol. :(

Thanks everyone.
Before he left, Terry told me that as everyone left and things wound down, the beauty of the grounds and lake would shine through. He was right! The location really is gorgeous, and that's what I wanted to show.
My wife took most of those shots. All I did was crop them (following the rule of thirds), & retouch a few things. She is really getting a good eye for photography.
Sparky, tell your wife you already eat sausage and drink lots of milk. Since those are the two main ingredients in the gravy, you're good to go! ;)

Those are really nice pictures. That area is very pretty. I am not a big fan of the East because my heart is in the Rockies but that was a very nice area.
