Heading back down south next week. Smoking cheese for my neighbor. Apple smoke.

Mmmmmm!!! That is a heck of a lot of cheese, nepas!! Good work busting that all out!
We did five types of cold-smoked cheese for pre-Thanksgiving snicky snacks: extra sharp cheddar, habenero cheddar, fresh mozzerella, gouda, and manchego. Think that's why we had so many leftovers-- everyone was stuffed full of cheesy goodness!
Also put out some pickled green tomatoes and sweet peppers. Tasty combo!
