Good load of cheese there Rick!

Still need to do my first round of cheese with my new Amaze-N tube. What flavor/brand of pellets are you using?
-
Some of that should be ready to eat by the 3rd week of April. Right?

Great looking assortment of smoked cheese, nicely done.

Nice, wish Kimmie liked smoked cheese. Wonder how you can burn it without making it complete charcoal? ;)
-
Coat the cheese in some Tatonka Dust for her. It will look just like charcoal dust.
