Got tired of not cooking outside on my PBC, so I seasoned up a chicken and some beef ribs. It was below freezing outside, but it all cooked perfectly in exactly two hours. Very tasty and I'm looking forward to the leftovers tonight!

I am with ya. The nice thing about cooking in the cold is, your beer never gets warm.
