Now that I have a pretty good idea of how many are coming. The menu that I will be providing is going to be Brisket, Tri Tip, Beef Chuck (Pulled Beef), Turkey (Pulled Turkey). Momma is making a Huge hash-brown casserole, plus a couple of desserts.

We're heading out within the hour for a leisurely 2 day trip up, I'm bringing the Greek Sausage, A-1 Kielbasa and 2 big batches of Jerky pucks to add to the table.

No, just a whole lotta folks, some as far away as Canada, willing to make the trip to Iowa and support Chris's Smokeout.  I can assure you that no unicorn were eaten but there sure was a whole lotta good grub.

I wasn't able to make it (sorry Chris), but I am guessing it is one of those - you had to be there to see it type of things.....

Just got back to Texas today and it was a ton of fun with lot's of good food, everyone was so busy eating and visiting with old and new friends that I'm not sure if anyone thought to take many pictures, I know I totally forgot about it.

With this comment I will reply with this.

There are as many pictures as there was interest in this smoke out from this group!
