It could be me Jax, but it will be a few weeks as I have just arrived in Riyadh for a 30-day mission...sometime in February perhaps...

Thanks Jack. I just bought the wife a pressure cooker, may have to try this although it is hard to beat wings done in The Big Easy.

How about if you follow the steps up to the point where you fry  'em, then into the BIG EASY?

I tried this method for wings last night, and was not too sure how I liked the starch coating.  I was thinking of trying it with something else, like flour, etc.  Has anyone used anything else with good results?

Just had to bump this up. Tried this on chicken thighs and did a honey/hot sauce on them.
Very tasty and will be trying this often with other things. Maybe even frogs legs  :D
