O.K.......................
I admit it - I have gone 'round the bend with this idea..... But, you know - I had some Super Pig candied Bacon in the freezer,  - and I realy loved the regular bacon-pancakes yesterday. So....




Then...



And - lastly...




They were GOOD. A little sweet, savory, hint of salt, and the spicy after kick that the Super Pig adds....

And - Tommy - we all know you will do these on your SRG ;D  (Great camp food I would think.)

Yeah...but my plan for the rest of the day is oatmeal and LOTS of fiber...... ;D   no explanations needed I bet ??? :o ???

I like my Irish steel cut oats - that is my favorite oatmeal...But - sometimes , usually on weekends - I like pancakes or waffles
