How to cook a Competition Steak on the PK Grill

I stumbled across this article on the PK Grills Facebook page. While you certainly don't have to have a PK Grill to cook up a great steak, these methods should be easily used on other charcoal grills:

Same here!    Hmmm....there aren't any Fat Tires in the pics. I guy gets thirsty grilling the perfect steak! 8)

Pretty sure that is the SCA rule for doneness.
