Highball just made a post and included crosscut hasselback potatoes. He got the idea from Jeffry Rogers who has great info, videos, on cast iron cooking and care of cast iron. Check him out for some good recipes to do this winter when it's too cold outside for you. Don

Thanks SD - looks like a lot of good info - Green Bay has a bye this week - leaves some time to watch the videos!
