Anybody tried the ribalyser?

Looks like they are being steamed more than smoked.  Maybe smoke em for a couple of hours and then use the Ribalyser??

Really?. I don't own gas.  Guess I'll have to do it the old fashion way.  4 hours @ 250° with a little FL.

Looks to me like 45 minutes of smoke and the rest steaming .good for NY pastrami .

I'm with you.  But, both of my SILs use gas, so, maybe I'll be turnin' this idea over to the fat man with a beard - oh, that's me, too!

Maybe throw in one of those A-Maz-N Tubes with it.

I think this may be worth taking another look at. For tailgating your time is really limited. It may not be a ten on a 1-10 but an eight at times is still good. Got to start saving LOL

Seems pretty expensive for what looks to be about $10 worth of racks and pans but probably worthwhile if you don't want your TendaRub destroying your good cookware.
