Hey Rick - do not put pressure on yourself to cook everything. I am sure we will want to catch the trolley into downtown to eat and drink some too.
And - we are coming to see YOU...not just the food you are willing to slave over. ;D... ( O.K. - we are coming to see Chrystal...but you will be there too :D :D :D )

So - be sure to relax instead of be the "food slave" host all the time. ;) ;D

Got some stuff packed for the exchange as well! We may need more than one wheelbarrow!

Aside from some hootch, I'm bringing some pepper sticks and about 4lbs of sausage (its nothing special in fact the recipe is called "plain ole' sausage"), I'll pick up some beer somewhere along the way.

Too bad you won't be able to make it Tommy. but getting healthy is more important use your time off for that. Tommy stop reading here!! ;D

Tim, I made up a fresh batch of Shrimp and Pork Sausage yesterday and I will be bringing some down to sample. This ain't that girly stuff Tommy brought to the Charbroil Great Gathering last fall. This is BIG BOY Sausage! So leave your Skirt at home and put on your Big Boy underware! NO, your Spider-Man under-roos don't count either!

The white spots are chunks of Shrimp and there may be some Black Pepper flakes in there! ;D
