Bacon Covered, Deep Fried Cinnamon Rolls

The big “new” NC State Fair attraction is a deep fried cinnamon roll covered with bacon.



Up close and personal.  This was really good!!!

Pam beat them to the punch as for concept....

I made the maple-bacon glazed do-nuts yesterday.....Not only were they gone before I could take pictures - I almost lost some fingers to this crowd!
I think next time I will get the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls in the grocery dairy case ( next to the biscuits - usually) and try something like the ones you pictured Art!

Tee..try the cinnamon buns in a waffle maker. Very easy to use and only take 2-3 minutes then dip them in whatever you like..Don't forget the bacon tho. Pammie .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
