Personally, I never saw the need for wrapping on the PBC. With the super moist cooking environment, the ribs always came out great as is

Agree. I've never wrapped my PBC ribs but I use it for "friends and family" ribs not competition. If they are a little over or underdone, nobody cares as long as they taste great -- which they always do. Even on my pellet cookers I don't wrap ribs unless I'm in competition and have to score a perfect bite. Wrapping is a royal PITA so I don't do it unless I have to and I don't think the PBC demands it -- ribs stay moist there.
