This
recipe comes from the Goya website. It is written for stove top cooking but I converted it to work with the pressure cooker.
Ingredients for tonight’s dinner: I substituted some of the Goya brand recipes for what I had on hand.
The Elite fired up, loaded and waiting to come up to pressure. I browned the cut up chuck roast and sautéed the veggies. The
Elite was then set for 20 minutes on high. After the normal release the chuck roast was fork tender. I then added the potatoes
and carrots and set the Elite for 12 minutes on high.
The stew is done.
My first bowl of goodness!
I am still smiling about how well this tasted. Nice and tender beef, veggies and with just enough spicy flavors. This one is going
into my cooking rotation. I highly recommend this recipe!
