I thought I would try something different today so here is my first attempt at video. It is only a short 30 second clip.
The Slow n Sear holding temperature between 350 and 360. I seasoned the wings with Meat Church BBQ’s Fajita Rub. We like
the flavor of this rub on chicken. I used one chunk of sugar maple.
The wings are done!
My plate with some pasta salad.
Dinner was excellent and a great way to start a long weekend.
