In a previous post I mentioned I was doing my first pork belly....well it turned out pretty good. It is sinful really. Made burnt ends. Pork candy!

On the MAK and smoking!
Smoked until 165 internal. Then cubed.
Back on the MAK with some honey and BBQ sauce.
Dinner!
If you have never had spot shrimp you do not know what you are missing! We harvested these ourselves. So fresh and incredible!
All done. On grill setting two minutes per side.
Made a great salad!
