First i stole borrowed this post http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=18429.msg242933#msg242933.I added some honey before putting in the smoker. Mopped with Cherry juice and rice wine ever thirty minutes. Last thirty minutes brushed with reserved marinade and coated with more honey. Two slabs on Saturday and nothing left on Monday.
I think adding some fresh ginger wouldn't hurt either. That might have been the missing taste
