We used to keep a billy goat in the paddock where our horses were - to keep the fleas and ticks away. It worked well...Of course - the smell of the billy was enough to keep the neighbors away too..... ;)

This sounds absolutely terrible

Thinking it's probably time to go buy some more Permethrin to treat my hiking and hunting clothes, as I prefer treating the outside of my clothes as opposed to my skin when it comes to insect repellents and insecticides
