Stacking racks of ribs
« Reply #-1 on: June 28, 2013, 06:25:00 PM »
I read an interesting tip today.  Sometimes you may not have room on your grill for the number of racks of ribs you need to cook.  One way is to roll each rack in a circle and clip it together.  What I read today is to stack and tie the two racks together after rubbing.  Take one rack and lay it meat side down.  Take the second rack and lay it on the first meat side up.  This puts the two bony sides facing each other.  Now just tie a string about every three or four inches.  You can still sauce and turn the ribs as you desire.  You now can cook two racks of ribs in the space of one.  Or ten in the space of five.  Or twenty in the space of ten.  I can't go any higher as I have my shoes on.  Dee
