ok, well after last night i'm feeling pretty good.  its 6 am and cold.  down in the valley yesterday it was 90° and now it's 40° up here in the woods.  its cold.

it is so peaceful and pretty here.  not one person any where in sight.  all by myself.  yes......

i think my bobber is moving.

fish on!

ya baby.  breakfast.

what a great way to start the day.

alright time for some work.  i don't like picking stuff up.  i want all my smokers on wheels.  ya, i'm lazy.  so what!

here are some safety tips.

when drilling.

makes hot alum shavings.

don't wear flip flops.  makes for some ouchy, ouchy.

that's right.  i'm rolling now.

have a good evening.

Fishing and accomplished something to boot.  Nicely done sir.  Nicely done.

Hung trim and painted it today.  No I am not done.  Still a ways to go. Wife dropped off kids, I'm going to zoomba. Fine I am talking 30 min to wet a line.  Better than working but not a nibble.

Really nice.  Never even considered casters on a WSM...

Rolling, rolling rolling...  Works done, grab your rod and go fishing, again.

When I saw your fish, the first thing I thought about was cooking a rasher of bacon and using the grease to fry the fresh fish.  I haven't done that in years.

Nice trout and mods Sparky! I need to do the wheel mod myself... where did you get the caster wheels at and what diameter did you go with?
-----

The four mod's I've done to the WSM that I like...

- Using tie wire to fasten the charcoal ring to the charcoal grate. This keeps the ring centered always, as there is no reason this can not be just one piece instead of two in my opinion.

- Added a grommet to the top right of the main body for stringing thermometer cables through instead of going under the lid, through the exhaust vent or through the door way. Also found a magnet at Hobby Lobby that is the same diameter as the grommet that seals air leaks if not using a cabled thermometer and also helps seals better when cables are ran through the grommet.

- Added handles to both sides of the main body, this works great for carrying and handling even if the WSM is warm.

- Added the stainless steel door, this is a much tighter fit than the OEM aluminum door.

went to home depot.  I got the little rubber wheels that could run on wood, concrete, dirt and gravel.  they are rated at 80 lbs w/ swivel and locking.  I didn't want to big a profile on the wheels because the 22 wsm is already kinda tall.  i think they are 2" wheels.  I do like the idea of handles on the side like you have marty.  I use my rings for a lot of different things so I don't want to wire mine in to the grate.  the charcoal makes a nefty little fire ring in a pinch.   8)
