WOW Brisket Sandwich
« Reply #-1 on: September 29, 2013, 09:57:31 PM »
I made some brisket sandwiches from a brisket I BBQ'd a few months back and froze the leftovers.

The brisket

The bread buttered and sprinkled with Way out west Rub (that stuffs good on everything)

Grilled with Swiss cheese, tomatoes, Brisket and Sauerkraut

Served with Tomato soup, pickles and a homemade Thousand island (mayo, ketchup and grated pickle)

pretty good for leftovers and pantry soup :)

That looks good! What's the "pantry soup"? A great looking dinner - I'd be all over that!

ditto - especially a grilled sandwich cheese in it, and tomato soup.  The brisket sends it over the top
