The biscuits was just a box of bisquit mix and some milk till thick. I globbed it cause it was too thin to cut. but they came out perfect on Tee's Mak2**.

I took notes because I've made biscuits from baking mix before and they have never turned out as good as these did. Pam's trick was adding extra milk and I think that made a difference (it was also whole milk, not 2%). The extra milk made them a little gloopy, and we had to bake them at a lower temp, but OH MY WORD did they turned out rich and fluffy when baked.

I will have to try the "gloopy" method. Sounds interesting. I always use whole milk. Heck, I am making biscuits and gravy - not the time to cut 10 calories or 2 grams of fat for crying out loud... ;) ;D

Hey Terry! I think that was Don's second or third plate!  ;D Pam really knows how to
make biscuits and gravy and a big thanks to Cliff for making the sausage!

Mike, actually, that was my first and only little plate. When you are the last one up in the morning, you are lucky to get any leftovers at all and I was scraping the bottom of the skillet. But that's where the good stuff lies. There is some good sleeping in those Georgia pines and some good eating from sun up to sun down thanks to all you guys and a special thanks to Pammie for that breakfast.

I know Don, was just kidding with you about the extra plates.  You are right, I could get use to the quietness and atmosphere of that area in a hurry. I know the
4 days I stayed up there really helped me "unwind" and I came back home a lot more refreshed.

I must repeat this. That gravy should be entered in a contest!

Pappy..no recipe really..just fry sausage till it gives up the grease. Add flour..more than you think and cover the sausage, cook the raw out, Add milk until thick, this happens quickly and salt and pepper, add more pepper than you think.
The biscuits was just a box of bisquit mix and some milk till thick. I globbed it cause it was too thin to cut. but they came out perfect on Tee's Mak2**. About 20 minutes at 400º. Then fried potatoes..no need for explanation there. Breakfast is served.  Cliff made the sausage. Thanks Cliff. Us northern girls can make breakfasts...should see what else we can do..LOL.

My take on sausage gravy... but remember I'm a Yankee!

Still tasted pretty darn good... just needed some buttermilk biscuits!
