Uuni 3 minute petite pork chops and 30 second bread
« Reply #-1 on: January 20, 2014, 09:20:31 PM »
Bought some boneless pre seasoned petite pork chops from the store. I love how it is buy one and get one free but they doubled the price per pound ???

So they ended up being $5 a lb. I did not really pay attention to the price until I got them home :-\

Fire in the hole!

In they go...

1 1/2 minutes then flip/rotate then another 1 1/2 minutes. Also put in some cheese bread for 30 seconds...

Close up. I got a good sear...

Interior shot. Just a hint of pink ;)

Plated with salad...

It was very moist and flavorful!

Next time I am going to keep a more careful eye on the meat prices out here. Seems they can pull a fast one on all the rich folks around here but ain't gonna happen to this poor boy a second time 8)

I have been in contact with Kristian a few times. He knows about this forum and my postings. I have him a direct invite to join and to contact Tee about being a possible forum sponsor. Not sure if he ever made contact with Tee or not.

He is a busy guy trying to get a company going that he started from scratch. He invented a really cool pizza oven and I am really enjoying using it ;)

Looks like they came out tasty. I'm always concerned when buying pre-seasoned meat. I think that they are trying to cover-up something.
Love to cook and eat

Looks really good Mike, but after going to the web site and seeing the Uuni in action and to see how it works I have to ask,  how many times do you add pellets during a cook of lets say two to three pizza's?

So, if there is a ten min warm up and each pizza takes 3 to 4 mins do you add pellets more than one time??
