With a few notable exceptions (CT & Starne's) I find that I've pretty much stopped buying sauces and rubs, preferring to steal recipes (or bottles) from the various forums and their members and make my own (Jan & iceman rule!) with adjustments for my somewhat peculiar tastes.  They pretty much always taste better than anything commercial (especially since I don't like as much salt and sugar as most of the commercial stuff contains), save a ton of money and keep me from having 27 leftover half-bottles and 32 half-jars on the shelf (so I have room for the spices and other fixin's I need).  Guess I'm just a (cheap) lazy guy trying to simplify my kitchen.
