World championship Steak Championship

Had a Great time ;D
Friday saw a concert , Journey cover band, might have been better than journey live!
Then to Tim's motel balcony over looking the pool, Tim had some N.C. Triple filtered "Water" we & Antonio's team tried.
Antonio his wife , his team were GREAT!
They allowed us to hang with their team during the cook.
Before the cook, saw a cooker parade & after the cook had a great steak meal with a cup of red wine.
Another concert that nite & crashed about 10:30 PM.
I'd come again!!!
In fact I'm kinda putting on calendar!
Lots of pics to post but I'll need a better internet connection to post.

the whole thing sounds great.  i love steak and any event that gives you one is ok.  do they have these steak championships in cali? would love to go to one.
