Hope this is the right spot to post some bologna.

It looks great!   I like using cloth sausage casings too. One of our members (nepas) turned me on to them some years ago.

What kind of bologna is it?

Sweet Lebanon,   I know NEPAS pretty well.  He is kinda my teacher.   


I couldnt find the sausage section.   Sorry.

I thought it looked like it might be Lebanon Bologna.   Living close to Amish country, we get Lebanon bologna around here, both the regular (my favorite kind) and sweet.  I love the stuff!
