Title: Ribs Yesterday

While the kids where enjoying the pool I was cooking ribs in PBC. Had these for awhile in the freezer back when meat prices where except-able. :) Had them dust with Jans rub before I threw them in the freezer. Just needed to thaw and cook.
Used a couple pieces of apple wood for a little more smoky taste and it sure did the trick.
