Well folks, my Yoder Cheyenne was delivered today via UPS direct freight. It shipped on Monday. UPS called me up on Tuesday to arrange the time and the man showed up with a tractor trailer with a lift gate. He was delivering smokers all morning and there were three left on pallets insider the trailer. He just put this on a pallet mover and placed it where I asked. Ten minutes and he was gone. Here are a couple of pictures of the Yoder as packaged.

Just like the pellet smoker, it was strapped to the pallet. In addition, they used a 2 x 4 positioned between the spokes of the wheels which was screwed in place with 6 3 inch screws on each side. I cut the two straps they used to tie everything down and then all of the wrapping was easily removed.
There were two things that I had to install. The thermometer and reverse the butterfly plate on the fire pit door. They ship the unit with the handle inside the fire pit. Unscrew it and reverse it so that the handle is on the outside is all you have to do.
Based upon the advice of Teesquare, I had purchased a half gallon of peanut oil. At this point, I seasoned the grill. I have a friend who owns a Yoder Frontiersman and he told me to apply the peanut oil with a fresh sponge. And really put it on. So, I did that and based upon his advice, I am waiting a few hours for it to just "soak" in. Then I will start it up.
My first impression is "wow"! This thing is heavy. It weighs in at 360 lbs. and this is the smallest unit available. The heat management plate which is all 1/4 inch steel, must weigh 20 lbs. all by itself.
Here are a few pictures of the unpacked unit.
