Brisket on the KBQ
« Reply #-1 on: May 28, 2019, 03:26:43 AM »
Yeah, I know. I've posted quite a few of these but I figured I'd share anyway :)

While working on the pool, finally getting it ready to use since it's been in the 90s here in GA, I figured I'd let some smoke roll and smoked up a packer. I injected with beer and rubbed with dalmation rub this time as I didn't have any Peppered Cow on hand.

I took a little lean and a little fatty and made a chopped brisket sammy with a little hickory pepper bbq sauce and some pickles. Served on a toasted bakery roll, it was very good I must say!

Thanks guys! You know what? I just figured out that I could click on the pictures to see them in their original resolution (very large) so that I can see the brisket up close! I never knew that I could do that!
