Title: 77° in February?

Hard to believe that it was 77° in February. We planned to cook outside as soon as we knew it was coming. Seems like all that Margo wants anymore is Smash Burgers and Handcut Fries!

Margo is wise. After seeing that photo I am in 100% agreement on smash burgers and fries.

Looks good. I'm looking forward to some warm weather so I can unwrap my flat top & cook some smashburgers.

Nice cook
I think I will stick to my indoor cooks for a few more weeks :)  as it is still below 32F here and still lots of snow.

We cooked a chicken in the Kettle earlier in the day week.
Yesterday I was on the lawn m for the first time this year.
The groundhog knows nothing.
We're enjoying the early Spring.  Cars are turning yellow already.

82 here in Dothan, Al and muggy. I will probably get out later and throw some burgers and bacon on a cast iron griddle on my Camp Chef stove. I will probably have to have a cold beverage or two so I don't pass out from the heat.
