My son came over with this fresh Mahi Mahi last night. I almost dried it out, glad it was "almost".
The mushrooms are stuffed with Pammie's smoked cheese. Good stuff!

Terry..that looks perfect to me..and I know the shrooms are good. I am using some of your pecan wood to smoke my 5 lb Dutch Loaf that is in the smoker..as we speak. The bigger chunks are perfect..the shredded stuff burns up too quick. Thanks again. Pammie .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
