Cordon ooooops!!!!

I Tried to make  Cordon Bleu  it wond up making Cordon ooooops. 

I just couldn’t get the chicken to cooperated.   Actually it tasted great just looks bad

Will give this another try in the XL soon

Me too! I would take some of that!

For me...it is easier to use chicken breasteses if I have pounded them and thinned them out to about 1/2" thick. You will see these referred to to as paillards.Because they are thinner...they are a lot easier to work with. But - you may have to cook them one at a time - because when you bound them thinner they get larger in diameter.
