Love Shrimp and grits. You had me from the title until I saw the box of grits.Once you have eaten a good quality stone ground grit like Anson Mills, you don't want the others. Again the dish looks great!

The "quick" grits are okay but they don't get creamy and luxurious like real stone-ground corn bits. The real ones are a royal pain in the butt to cook, though. Takes a long time with lots of stirring. Sometimes you've got to make a trade-off.Hub
