Mak first cook

Burned my Mak in last night.. and tonight first cook was chicken quarters...wow, the grill exceeded my expectations! Would post pics, but having trouble. Newbie so I’ll figure it out!

That's great partner.  Mak is a cooking machine.  And it's super cool salmonsmoker is a pellet dealer.

Welcome to the MAK family! Did you go w/ a 1 or 2 Star? What were you cooking on prior to this? In what ways did it exceed your expectations? Sorry, I’m nosy... but inquiring minds wanna know :)
MAK 2 Star #3236, Weber 26.75" kettle, 36" Blackstone griddle, 17" Blackstone griddle.

I am not a vegetarian, but I eat animals that are... :-)

Got the 2 star. Previously cooked on GMG. And I’m a temp freak ( good or bad, not sure yet!) but the Mak held temp better than I’ve ever experienced
