NY Strip Steak
« Reply #-1 on: May 06, 2019, 12:44:25 PM »
Cooked up some NY strip steak, asparagus, and twice baked potatoes for my wife's birthday this weekend. Went great with a Cabernet (for her) and a Twilight Summer Ale from Deschutes (for me). The kids loved everything, even the asparagus. Sorry no pics of the inside, it was gone too fast!

Fantastic meal! No wonder your wife said “yes”! Heck, I’d probably say yes to if I knew you’d cook me food like that... lol.

Thanks, guys! I plan to do a brisket next week, which I've never done. Starting small—4.5 lbs. I've done a lot of research, but is there anything I have to know?
