Use of a cast iron skillet.

I have after another member in a different forum complained about the grilling capacity of the MAK.  I have been working with using cast iron skillet to cook the hamburgers in. What I might suggest is that you preheat the skillet in the cooker then add the hamburger to the skillet then close the lid. Flip the burger due to thickness of the burger about half way around the cook time (varies). The top will get a bit of a smoke flavor so flipping to get the full smoke would be good. If spicing add it onto the meat when flipping. Otherwise use a temp probe if trying for a particular done level. Make sure you preheat the mak even if you don't use a skillet. A hot grill cooks, a cold one does not.
