Tri Tip

Hope everyone is doing well. Been a while, as there's just nothing more than yet another great performance from the 2 Star! Reverse seared a pair of tri tips tonight, with oven roasted asparagus for a side............awesome! Just rubbed the 'tips with a paste of olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and S&P. Smoked to 120F internal, and tented them while the MAK got up to grill temp. Seared 5 minutes/side. Tasty!
