I had chicken on the pit with rice and vegetables. I put grape tomatoes on the skewers and they were delicious too. I forgot to serve them with dinner though. They slipped my mind lol. Some people may think this isn’t healthy but compared to my usual diet....... this was so tasty. I didn’t eat the skin but everyone else enjoyed it. I’m going to grill even more often than I used to, to keep the added oil and fat down.
