It was a cold blustery day here in the valley and it would have been smart to use the electric smoker...but Smokeasaurus isn't the sharpest tool in the shed
I went old school and fired up the offset to do some spares. Then Bill came by to get his old Weber cook books and we sat out in the cold wind and talked BBQ!!
I sure wish you all could meet Bill. He is real knowledgeable about BBQ and well spoken and he is just a neat guy...I am glad to have him as a brother of the briquet!! Don't worry...Bill also got some pear wood to take home

One more thing, I had no problems getting the Ribs out of the foil..don't believe a thing Bill tells ya!!!!
